After an initial issue of getting in contact with Loftis, I did get an appointment and it went exceptionally well. Sara was very helpful and informative while guiding me through the usage and maintenance of my new CPAP machine. She made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was because I had to make several calls over the course of 2 weeks before I got to talk to anyone.
