Loftis HVAC has fixed my previous concern and I will continue to do business with them!
After my new HVAC install (2 units) in May 2024, Brandon (owner) was to submit rebate paperwork to Duke Energy to begin the rebate application process for which he said I qualified for in his initial quotation to me back in April. A several weeks after the install I began to call and text Brandon on many occasion to find out the status of my rebates but I never received a response. Brandon Loftis was very punctual and repaired our air conditioner very quickly. Would definitely recommend him!
Money hungry
Our AC stopped working and contacted Loftis Heating and Cooling who has worked on and serviced our home since 2021. Brandon said he would come on Monday afternoon. He then texted and said he got tied up and would be here the following afternoon. That was over a week ago with no call backs or retuned text messages. Extremely frustrating and disappointing
