I’ve had the great pleasure of working with them in the past and they have always handled everything quickly and efficiently. Although I know they can take care of my heating and air conditioning needs, I actually used them for our remodeling and new dryer vent installation. They totally understood how and what I wanted done and took care of it right away with no issue. I highly recommend Loftis for all of your HVAC needs residential or commercial.

Our 3-ton and 4-ton Lennox systems were approaching 17 years old and, rather than an expensive repair to find and repair a refrigerant leak in the 4-ton unit, we decided to bite the bullet and replace both units. Tyson was wonderful! He was very polite and kind. He did everything he could to get my freezer fixed as fast as possible. Thanks to him, we did not loose our meat!
