I’ve been a faithful customer of Loftis Heating & Air for years now, and I will remain a faithful customer to them! They always get to my house to check on my system on the same day I call and provide excellent service! They have NEVER overcharged me; in fact, they’ve given me cost breaks and discounts, which, as a single lady, are definitely needed and much appreciated!!!!
We bought a new furnace and within 5 , maybe less months, and cold air was coming out of the vents. Called and set up app. After numerous parts were ordered, it appeared we had a lemon. They came and replaced it with a new furnace. Thank you Loftis. Hopefully all will be well from now on. Especially glad this happened before this staggering cold front is hitting. Thanks Again. Had an emergency ac issue and called Loftis Heating & Air Conditioning LLC on a Saturday. Came out right away and fixed same day. Outstanding service. Great communication.
5 days and 430.00 to replace a part that was under warranty.
We have the at most respect for this company. Their employee are very respectful and to you and your Home. We have been with them 9 years with the same ac unit / heat very knowledgeable and caring. Hats off to a very good company
