Very disappointed in them. we've been using Loftis for a long time and never had an issue until now. I inquired about my truck that has been there for a week to see when they'd look at the biggest concern and instead, yes I may have called a few times but, I was finally called and spoken to very rudely and told they wouldn't work on my truck and to come take the truck. Before I could say anything further, he cut me off and hung up. They've lost my buisness and respect.
This is a top-notch group of people to be sure! I have been using them for many years and couldn't be happier with their service. From inspections and oil changes to transmission and engine work there is no place else you need to go, they can handle nearly everything. Honest fair prices and good sound advice.... the Hill country is blessed to have them!
