A visit to a friend of Adrien what a nice house they have been living there for a very long time over 20 years they were the nicest people anyone could imagine I wish that I live near them and not in the neighborhood where I live
Were suppose to do mold and termite treatment and did none of that and charged 1400 bucks. Found out they didn't do it from JES whom I was having to encapsulate the crawlspace. JES showed me pictures and video of mold still there. We're to their "place of business " and this is it a ran down town house with cars outside without license plates. will not even answer their phone. Do no business with them. Fraudulent.
My husband and I hired Loftin to come in and assess our crawl space/basement area. They were both extremely nice people who seemed like they truly wanted to help. They charged us a good rate on installing a sump pump, a vapor barrier, and dehumidifier for our crawl space. They also did a debris removal and fungal treatment of the wood. We started to notice after inspecting the job, that there was still significant debris underneath parts of the vapor barrier. I have used Loftin for my business and my home and I must say, they know exactly what there are doing. I didn't have any issues again until I brought them in trying to store things that were infested. If I EVER have any other issue, Loftin will be my god to PERIOD!
