Switched to Loftin Dental after moving to the area. The first visit was great. Nice staff and listened to my needs. However, I recently called to schedule a routine cleaning appointment and was very disappointed in the experience. As an advocate for my body and health I do not get x-rays unnecessarily. The receptionist said Dr. Loftin would not clean my teeth without taking x-rays. If I have no pain or discomfort, why would I need x-rays. I have no history of cavities or issues with my teeth. So happy my friend recommended Loftin Dental! The team is genuinely friendly and accommodating. I had a crown placed and felt some discomfort, but they got me in the same day and fixed it right away. Dr. Loftin is one of the best—gentle, careful with anesthesia, and makes sure you’re comfortable. Plus, they respect your time and don’t keep you waiting. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new dentist!
I am so grateful and happy that I found Loftin dental. What a great place to have your dental needs taken care of. No insurance? No problem! They offer a plan called the club which will help to cover some of the dental expenses. It’s all listed on their website. It is very welcoming and warm at Loftin. They care about their patients. They listen and explain anything you may have questions about.
