He was an extremely professional and reliable contractor. ■His work was meticulous and detailed. ■He always met deadlines. ■He even negotiated discounts with other vendors on my behalf. ■Communication was frequent and clear. ■He handled negotiations with the City and State for licensing as well. ■ His staff and other team members were also excellent — very professional, kind, and attentive in their work. I’m Japanese, but honestly, his work was more precise and perfect than most Japanese contractors I’ve ever worked with.
