I can’t recommend Hans with loftbuiltnyc enough for his work. (Final results are in photos 1-5.) As a lifelong New Yorker who can only afford to live in a studio sized apartment with a very small bedroom— the only setup that worked for me was having a twin IKEA loft bunk bed setup so I could manage to make room for a desk and other essentials for my space.
