I would not recommend living at LoftVue. While the apartments look nice, management is slow to address maintenance issues, the hallways often smell, the surrounding area is loud, and the garage doors frequently break, leaving the parking garage unsecured. My biggest concern is safety. Someone entered the "secure" parking garage, broke into my car, and stole a $300 pair of sunglasses. I would NOT recommend living at LoftVue. While the apartments themselves look nice, that's about where the positives end. Management is consistently slow to address maintenance requests, and there are ongoing maintenance issues throughout the property. The hallways often smell, the McCart/Forest Park area is loud, and the garage doors frequently break, leaving the parking garage unsecured. The HVAC guy came at 9am and said oh yeah it seems to be not to hot in here. Of course it wasn’t at the time because it was 9am. He didn’t check the vents or try to fix anything. I submitted another request immediately .

Move in was smooth but once in the unit, it was very dirty everywhere. Didn’t seem like it was cleaned over the summer
