Absolutely loved my visit! The salon has an amazing atmosphere and the décor is gorgeous. The nail technicians are incredibly skilled—my nails didn’t chip and the color stayed perfect the entire time. I was able to go a full three weeks before returning. That says a lot about their quality. Highly recommend.
First time customer for just a pedicure but the service was so great I had a manicure plus eyebrow waxing. Great service that kept me entertained. Looking forward to visiting again!
They overcharge so much and do not organize their time well. They keep taking customers and just holding them without completing their service. Do not recommend.
I had the sole intention of removing my grown out Gel X nails, but I thought I'd give Loft a chance and I was not disappointed! I was super indecisive about what to get and I felt really bad for Annie, who put up with both my indecisiveness and my nitpicky nature, but she did an awesome job! I didn't catch the name of the tech who did the cateye, but he was wonderful, as well! The team was all so patient with me and I'm so grateful for their kindness. I'll be coming back for sure!
