I am absolutely appalled at the experience we had in this “salon”. First, she did not have anything other than a very uncomfortable wig cap for my mom to try wigs on with. Everything we asked was “oh it’s not rocket science” “I dont have that you have to order it”. This woman thinks she is gods gift to earth. She was arrogant and rude the entire visit. Tracy is a great stylist. In addition, she has the best selection of wigs I've ever encountered...all styles and prices to suit everyone.

Before starting a new medication in June for a rare blood disorder, I had very nice, thick, long hair. Shortly after starting the meds, I realized that my brush had more & more hair in it every time I brushed. When I washed my hair, large strands would come out.
