Tracy's talents have restored my confidence and self dignity. Due to health issues I have experienced hair loss. I finally got enough courage to schedule a hair replacement consultation with Tracy. At the very beginning of the consultation she offered other options other than a wig (a stigma I so dreaded). After discussing options we decided on a Topper. She was with me from start to finish making sure I understood putting it on, wearing it, caring for it, and assuring me she was there for anything I needed in the future.

I went to Tracy at the Loft for a consultation and she was so helpful, super friendly and very knowledgeable. She even went out of her way to meet me on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend her for any hair advice!!
