They have a nice, helpful and friendly staff.
Sat down at for food at 9:30 and the bartender handed me a menu then walked away. Ignored me completely with no service for 15 minutes. When another bartender came by and I said I wanted to order food - guess what she said? “Kitchen is closed now.” Got Bad serviced out of dinner.
The environment is awesome. The restaurant could use some work. We were the only family in there and even the servers spend most of the time behind the bar cutting up with the alcoholics. Also, we ordered tequila lime chicken which could not have been more awful. It tasted as if it were microwaved. Rice was bland. The best part was the “loaded” queso which was a small bowl and of melted American cheese with 2 or 3 diced tomatoes and 1 cilantro leaf. For a hotel restaurant, the Loft Kitchen and bar is pretty decent. You can’t go wrong with the food, and the drinks are pretty good. The decor gives this place a really cool vibe, especially around the bar area
