We booked the venue for a non-profit launch, and it was Amazing! It's a grand space, quite large, clean and accessible with an elevator for both floors. The booking process was simple, the staff was clear on instructions and cleaning was included in the contract. Parking isn't the best, but I had guest coming from NY and NJ so being close to Penn station was such a bonus.
The best venue around has down. & the owner is very professional and accommodating. I totally recommend
My best advice is do not book with this venue. My cousin booked her baby shower months in advance. Only for this man to cancel 2 weeks before because he "double booked". He is extremely unprofessional and unaccomadating. Despite signing a contract and putting down a deposit she was met with his disgusting attitude. There seems to also be a trend with canceling especially when it comes to baby showers.
If I could get zero stars I would, I would never recommend this place to anyone as they completely lack professionalism. My sister had a baby shower booked for this date that is approaching in two weeks and cancel last minute with a terrible excuse and reason for it. He was so rude and nasty to my sister who Now has to scramble and find a new location. If you look even deep into the reviews, you can see that he has done this to numerous other people. Please reconsider.
I wouldn't book this place if I was you two weeks before my sister's baby shower they canceled on her and kept the deposit and now we don't know where to have her baby shower !! do not book this place. they are very unprofessional.
