This establishment deserves to be called out publicly. My friend booked her baby shower here. Sadly, she miscarried, and instead of showing basic human decency, they labeled the loss of her child as an “early birth” and refused to return her deposit. That is cruel, unethical, and shows a complete lack of compassion. People have no shame anymore, and this business is proof. We should bring shaming back for places like this. I truly enjoyed every moment of my Masters Graduation party at Loft Life! The venue was clean, beautifully set up, and had everything you needed right on-site. The system they have in place is so seamless, which made planning and the event itself stress-free. The owner was very responsive, communication was easy, and the manager was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the night.
