Elijah and Freddy who manage maintenence at Lofthouse have been excellent. I've had a repeated plumbing issue for which they've been extremely understanding and helpful in terms of resolving the problem. They were also really respectful in terms of keeping my apartment space and items clean while doing their work and are very prompt in responding to maintenance requests. Thank you!
Read until the end (: We lived in this complex for a year, and overall, it’s a great place to live. The maintenance team is Amazing!! Working so hard always responsive and keeps the property very clean. The location is fantastic, and the neighbors are friendly, which makes for a great community. **Note that there is many crows around the building and all around downtown it’s pretty crazy - I wish I knew that before. What initially drew me in to Loft House was the walkable area. Target and local restaurants just a few steps away. As a new mom that is super important to me. I had an amazing time taking a tour with Valerie. It was unlike the other cold and dry showings i've had lately. She actually took her time showing me the details and didn't mind when I had to stop and nurse my fussy little one mid showing. I am looking forward to living here! Thank you Valerie!
