Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. I called several times throughout several different days to make an appointment and had no response. My mother was thankfully in town prior to when I would be in town to dress shop so she was able to physically go there to make an appointment. When we arrived, I started trying on dresses. We went to the Loft as the last of four stores in search for “the” dress. Kiera greeted us and immediately started grabbing dresses based on what my daughter explained she wanted. The first dress she tried on was followed by 5 or so others but the first one was “the” one! Kiera let us take pictures and FaceTime and also just let my daughter be in the dress for a bit. Thank you for providing us a beautiful and classy environment to experience her saying “yes to the dress”!
From the moment we walked into the studio, I felt like we were in a high end bridal boutique in the city. The space is gorgeous and the gowns are incredible, but the service was what sets this space apart from the others. Michalle listened to all of my wants and pulled my dream dress! Could not have been happier, Prince George is lucky to have this gem in the community!
I HIGHLY recommend Loft Bridal Studio. The space is very intimate and beautifully styled. Michalle is exceptional at helping you find the perfect dress. I cannot rant and rave enough about my beautiful experience. 5/5 all day.
*ATTENTION* I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS BOUTIQUE. Michalle is amazing!! she will help you manifest and captivate your vision and narrow down your likes/dislikes in a wedding dress. I thought I knew what I wanted but her knowledge and expertise guided me to the most beautiful wedding dress that I am honoured to wear on my big day. Overall, beautiful and aesthetic atmosphere, gorgeous dress, and amazing customer service.
