Super sweet owner, comfortable shop and my hair turned out great. Unfortunately from the beginning to end it my stylist was incredibly rough. It felt like she was rushing, even my wash was very painful. I thought maybe I was just tender headed, but as I told a friend about it she had the exact same problem with the same stylist being very rough.
