LOFFT Construction was recommended to us through our realtor, and we couldn’t have been happier with the result. We asked them to pretty much completely renovate 2 floors of our 3-floor house. LOFFT has been renovating a carriage house in the alley that surrounds 6+ apartment buildings and hundreds of units. They start with power tools and banging sounds at 6:30am every single day. They have completely ignored MPD and city warnings. If you want your hundreds of neighbors to despise you before you even move in, hire LOFFT.
Great work, knowledgeable folks and a pleasure to work with. They replaced my bathroom vanity and fixtures. I highly recommend.
