Never again! 25 years ago we were impressed with the design of Loewen windows. However while less than a year old, finish was coming off resulting in mould on the inside trim. Customer service only argued with me-- now 25 years later our 5 door wall windows allow water to seep in at the base during heavy rains. Hopefully we are able to get replacement parts. I'm really sorry we didn't go with Anderson windows. Think twice before you purchase Loewen!

Id like to personally thank Ivan at Loewen Windows for his rapid response to my challenge of a terrace door lock set that would not open. He demonstrated great knowledge and patience with me to resolve my issue. I was resigned to ordering a new door set until Ivan solved my issue. Many thanks for your exceptional customer service.
