My Lumber yard in Saskatoon ordered a window trim seal at end of Sept/25.It still hasn't arrived. The lumber yard was assured it will be sent out Nov 3rd/25. We still havn't received it. I tried phoning the 800 # but no one answers their #.They just keep telling me to leave a message..even the receptionist is not there to take the call..Very frustrating!

Horrible employers. Cheap. They let go of staff day before Christmas party.
Drivers with vans: receiving is on the north side. You back into the building into a door barely wide enough for your mirrors and they have zero lights inside to help guide you to the dock when it's glaring white with sun and snow outside. So you have to try a few times before they can open the dock plate. Could be solved with 2 tiny lights on either side of the dock at floor level. ***EDIT TO UDATE*** They have lights... just not the wherewithal to turn them on. 🤦♀️
