We replaced over 40 windows/doors in our home. Windows were supposed to open and tilt to clean. It was a terrible mechanism which the company later discontinued. 12 years later, NONE of the windows open and tilt to get them cleaned. Additionally, two of the windows are not functional. This company has not been responsive at all. I can't recommend.
Great company, honest, dependable. Products are extremely high end.
I would prefer to give 0 star if I could. Save yourself time and money and look for another window distributor. This place is absolutely terrible. After getting an original quote for the windows we were ready to put the order in. The price suddenly increased by $3000, which was caused by a "mistake" on their part. This happened another 2 times.
