Loewen Body Shop have very considerate people that deal with the customers.
Here another 1 star review for google... Lets start things off positive this time. Three things they did good. #1 - not put on the new fenders decal and removed the opposite fenders decal as requested. #2- returned me the old bent rim which I took to the city for re-straightening. #3 - Their company pen... its a great pen. But, for such an established business and receive such a sub par results.... Fender was marked up with contaminant paint, no care taken for driver door, just sprayed over rusty spots, no wire wheel to clea... read more
The people at the front counter were nice and it’s a nice facility but the mechanic smashed my placeholder mirror that I put on while my real mirror was broken, and no one said anything to me about it. Not a big deal since my placeholder mirror was only $5, but it is interesting to note that they break a part of the customers car and don’t mention it.
