I visited this L'Oeufrier location after my first outstanding experience at the rue Liège Est location. I had high hopes and was excited, as this Westmount location was much closer to home. I'm sorry to say that my experience here was abysmal and I'll never be returning again. To start off, the temperature in the restaurant was cold. STAY AWAY. I have been to this restaurant at least 4-5 times over the last 3 years and the food is usually mediocre at best, the service is usually pretty slow and the decor is pretty plain. I usually go because it is a convenient location. I went yesterday to try again and it was a HUGE MISTAKE. it took over 45 minutes for our food to be delivered and when we asked our waitress why it was so long, she snarkily responded that it was because they were busy. If you feel weird bring your kids out to a nice breakfast restaurant, do not be shy bringing them here. There is a play area downstars as well as tables so you can eat while they play. Nice friendly staff, great decor, tasty food at a good price. Check it out for yourself.
