Loesy Beauty is a great new salon in a very convenient location in Vancouver. Chloe, the owner, is super sweet and is a true professional! She has more than a decade of experience, and the other girls are also very good! I did a gorgeous classic lash set there and keep coming for fills, they also do brows very well and amazing permanent makeup.
