2 hours in exam room...not one person came in to notify me of any delays...I was asked at the beginning if I would see her PA to lessen my wait time and I said yes...I walked out at 5 pm, will not return. I liked Dr. Loesch, her staff really needs to work on dealing with patients, in a timely manner.
The doctor's dermatologist in Wilmington. She's very busy because she's extremely good and sometimes the waits aren't ideal, but when insurance is paying for your visit, you get what you wait for. Recommend highly.
Had a first visit appointment. Waited 20 minutes to see her. First thing she said was, "This has to be a short exam, because I have a luncheon date." ?? ?? RUDE. Never come here again.
She does not care about skin cancer checks. She pushes her creams and Botox and line fillers even after being told that's not the purpose of the visit. Zero communication skills .
