4 years ago I purchased a Venza here. I have purchased a few new and used vehicles in my lifetime and have been to many dealerships. I was interested in one of their cars and came from Winnipeg to see it. I then asked them if taking it to have an independent Pre-Purchase Inspection would be ok? They agreed and I made an appointment to have the car inspected the next day at Lexus Winnipeg and informed Loeppky of the date and time. I drove in from Winnipeg for 45 minutes the next morning and was told there is someone else that wants to buy the car right away so if I wanted it I had to buy it on the spot without any inspections… I refused. Bought a vehicle from Taylor Friesen a week ago. As a woman coming in on her own , I was treated with respect and not asked if I wanted to go check with my husband first. Many dealerships do that and for me, that’s an immediate turn off. Taylor was friendly and not pushy at all . Great service and I would highly recommend . As well , Dustin came in to introduce himself and made me feel very comfortable with the purchase i made!
