They came out to change my water meter per the water company. When they did that, a burst of air went thru the line and messed up an old saddle joint. I didn’t realize until the next day. The same gentleman came out almost immediately after I called and fixed it. It was at no cost to me. I couldn’t be more thankful.
Missouri made me change my water meter...they did it on time and free. It may have caused a small leak because the piping was so old a few days later...they came out within 30 minutes of me calling and fixed it with some new equipment. These guys are TOP NOTCH!!!!!!
THE ISSUE: We noticed a growing puddle on our basement floor caused by a leaking water supply line. I called Loellke Plumbing on advice from my brother-in-law who is an electrician. Soon after, plumber Dave Murphy called – he was thirty minutes driving distance away. Dave arrived and immediately set to work diagnosing the cause of the problem. Excellent customer service! Replaced my 14 year old garbage disposal plus drippy faucet, cleaned an aerator out, fixed bathroom sink trap, fixed toilet chain, tightened up faucet handle. Highly recommend them.
