DR Payne is an awesome doctor. Kind, informed, great doctor to patient personality. He won't disappoint. He has been my ortho and surgeon since 2008. Hope he never retires while im alive. Tidewater Ortho is a wonderful practice. Kind, timely and very efficient. All staff and doctors are a pleasure to work with.
Dr. Payne was great. The only concern with the whole office is that you have to wait 40-45 minutes after you have been put in an exam room.
Was diagnosed and treated for a frozen shoulder by Dr. Payne. One month following shoulder manipulation surgery and physical therapy, I’m already back swinging a golf club again. I highly trust and recommend Dr. Payne and Tidewater Orthopedics to anyone who’s experiencing any shoulder pain and discomfort.
