Avoid Loeber Motors at all costs! Absolutely terrible experience! I called on a Saturday morning (8/30/25 at 9:15 a.m.) because my car would not start. The person who finally answered (after about 5 minutes of an automated operator) was rude and completely unwilling to assist me. The BluTEC system on my vehicle had failed and the car would not turn on. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The guy was named Cruz. I am not sure how they can have someone like that work there. This man is very unprofessional and ignorant. I took my car to that location cause the gas tank cannot open. This man has the nerve to tell me that there is no technician in the building, it would have to force open it, but it won't be able to close it back. If I could give them zero stars I would. Bought my wife a suv and they sold us one that didn’t have all the options she wanted. Went back 2 weeks later traded it for the one she wanted. They ordered a second set of plates don’t know why? Asked for emission test to process second set of plates which I’ve never had to do. Temp plate expired and I called to ask why they hadn’t processed my plates and 2 weeks went by never got a call back. Complete clown show at this dealer. Gives Mercedes a bad name.
Coolant for the main battery was showing 'low'; my chair was barely warming up and they had it addressed. At this time it seems corrected; with the efficiency and accuracy they showed, 5 stars.
The service department is the worst. They focuse on making money instead of providing honest service.
