Do not hire for your business. You will get nonstop false alarms for years with ineffective attempts at resolution. Faulty alarms notify the police repeatedly, resulting in penalties that they take no responsibility for. They also struggle to make basic account and security changes in their day office, take weeks to get back to you, and require constant follow-up and hand holding to fix obvious issues. Extremely slow with minimal results. Not recommended. Do not hire.
Absolutely fabulous! They dropped everything else they were doing to come over and help me solve frustrating situation. Can’t sing their praises loudly enough!
L O E Alarm systems are the only people in Santa Fe to hire. John and his staff are incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are the best!!!
I've been a customer of LOE Alarm for over 5 years and have always had the best experience with them. Recently I switched my alarm from having to have a landline to cellular technology(meaning I know longer need a landline to have a monitored alarm system). They did a great job. They are always knowledgeable and responsive with my needs. Thank you to John and his team for being so awesome, I appreciate you!!
