Absolutely terrible business practices. Do NOT sign up for a membership with them. I called several times, starting on Aug. 4, requesting to cancel my membership. I explained that I could not continue my membership due to a nerve injury (unrelated to any massages). Each time I was promised it had been cancelled, and I would receive a refund for the unauthorized charges. Despite this, I have continued to be charged. RecommendedLodo Massage Studio is calm, clean, and fabulous! The staff is always wicked gracious and cool. Kalindi Carlson is not only an amazing massage therapist, but she is also a kind, caring human. I HIGHLY recommend this studio and Kalindi if you're looking for a relaxing couple of hours to just get away from the stress of the "real" world.
