Absolutely terrible business practices. Do NOT sign up for a membership with them. I called several times, starting on Aug. 4, requesting to cancel my membership. I explained that I could not continue my membership due to a nerve injury (unrelated to any massages). Each time I was promised it had been cancelled, and I would receive a refund for the unauthorized charges. Despite this, I have continued to be charged.
