Dirt Bike Rider in the last week The worst service department I've ever worked with in my 25 years of RVing. They chipped a tile in my 2015 Allegro Bus, to prevent excuses and lies, (based on how I was told how the tile got severely chipped)I personally order the tiles and grout, (took 3 days)and delivered it to them. Took two weeks to replace a single tile. In the process they ruined the the bathroom wall and ordered a replacement panel, took another 3 weeks, 5 in all.
