I really wish I could give this company less than a 1 star rating. The contractor missed two appointments and was very unprofessional about it. The receptionist was rude to both my husband and myself. I wish she would have put herself on mute, instead she insisted on huffing and puffing loudly over the phone. They never returned our calls, but wanted us to drop everything when they were ready to fix our window. Customer came to our business on 7/16/2018 to request they have a broken window replaced as they were selling their home soon. We were not able to make the first appointment for measurement and rescheduled. We visited the home, got the measurements and placed the order for glass on 7/19/2018. We have a two week turn around for getting our glass from our supplier and we would contact them when we had the glass and could schedule a time to replace it.
