Inconsistent customer service. Lodi did the original garage door installation. I have used them for periodic service for years. Overall, they have been (past tense) great, until now. I called on Monday to have the bottom seal replaced because I couldn't find a DIY seal that fits the garage door. The woman that I talked to on Monday explained everything very well for me, and what may need to happen because of changes by the manufacturer. There was a clear lack of coordination between departments, resulting in delays and miscommunication.
William came to check out my garage door because it was making all sorts of loud noises and seemed really stressed whenever I opened or closed it. He did a thorough inspection and found out it was off track and could use some lube. William was incredibly professional and even gave me some handy tips on how to take care of my door between annual check-ups. Thanks a bunch, William! My door now opens and closes like a breeze!
William O’Donnell with LODI Garage Doors was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was kind, jolly, and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and how it affected the door. Communication is terrible once they get your money your money they put you on the back burner had to threaten to cancel They do not keep you updated like they promise on when the door has been shipped when the get to the warehouse if everything‘s there after many emails and tax Me two weeks later finally scheduled the door installed also went through theirs promotion through Costco that I would get a Shop card within seven days.
