Robert (our technician) was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I also appreciate that the company texts you a photo of the technician and name before hand, as an extra security measure. Definitely made me feel more safe so I know who to expect!
I just had my double car garage door repaired by Harold at Lodi Garage doors and highly recommend him for your garage store needs. He was able to quickly identify two problems: The top rail was not straight and the connection between the curved rail and the vertical rail was bent so it would not roll easy between the connection. He showed up on the appointed time, found the problems and fixed them within an hour. It always nice to work with someone who knows what the heck they are doing. William came out to fix a garage door remote that hadn't been properly installed by the builder of our new house. He made simple work of the job which apparently our builder just couldn't get right. He was awesome to work with and knew just what to do. I highly recommend these folks, in particular, William! Next time I need anything done, I'll be calling Lodi to send William over!!
