Their AI agent is terrible. It can’t schedule properly and won’t let you speak to a human to figure out why the technician is over an hour late to the appointment it already messed up.
Two new garage GDO's (2 car & RV) installed, keyless entry and wall controls installed by Lodi. 2 car GDO was super loud, wheels and hinges groaning and squeaking the first month. Three times Lodi came out, just sprayed oil. Worked for about a week. GDO kept losing connection. After 8 months of their BS they installed a new GDO, BUT!! because of a lawsuit they lost they have a new GDO and their new GDO doesn't work with the remote opener to open the RV garage which the old one did.
