Worst bed I may have ever slept in….. tried to sleep in would be more accurate
We stayed in suite 324c in the cougar building. It was very outdated with dismal cleanliness. The carpet was dirty, markings all over the walls and the shower curtain had all the pink mold on it. The queen bed in the loft felt as if it was 25 years old and had the same look to it. Also, for being winter the blanket was two sheets and the thinnest double sized blanket. Third time staying at Lodges. We return every year as we love the location and the quality of the condos. We're a little disappointed this year with our condo and the amenities. The condo is a bit run down, holes in chair fabric and couches, creaky beds, and overall just dated. Apres-ski time in the hot tubs are our fav end of day activity, but two hot tubs are warm but no bubbles/jets. Some TLC and maintenance is required. Love the resort, the views, and the service.
Recently stayed here, had room 224 in the Cougar Lodge. Booked directly through the hotel. Honestly really disappointed with this property as it was run down and poorly maintained. I don’t really do negative hotel reviews because I’ve spent literally years in hotels over the years. I don’t expect perfection. But I will call out blatant false advertising and zero effort to keep the place up. We got this place for about $250CAD per night, I would be appalled to pay $600+ in the high season for this.
