Nice hotel and luxury hotel. Friendly staff. And highly recommend.
Awful check-in experience with bad tempered old woman who made it very clear she hated her job. Snappy, miserable and unhelpful. The room was depressing, dirty, smelly and very run down. The bathroom was possibly the worst I’ve seen in a motel, broken tiles, dirty shower curtain, filthy windows. Absolutely zero care, they just want your money for an inhabitable space. This place should be condemned.
Room had a strange smell, door wouldn’t close properly, the fridge and aircon were noisy, the sink had no hand soap, the shower handle were broken and there was no toilet paper loaded. But the staff were helpful and the location is pretty decent.
Run down, outdated, ugly, uncomfortable rooms in desperate need of renovation. Hairs in the blanket. The only positive was a mattress. Lady at reception is not exactly welcoming either. IDK what alternatives exist in Broken Hill, but I would not stay here again.
