While we were very pleased with the Assisted Living building, the nursing home and rehab building left us very frustrated and disappointed. Mom was there for about 9 months before we moved her to another facility. The nursing home is VERY understaffed therefore the care was minimal. I would find medication on the floor that mom was supposed to have taken; response times after pressing the call button could be 30-60 minutes, if ever. Was so greatful they took carpet out! It was gross.they now need proper ventalation in halls and expelly rooms! The smell is so bad ! My moms window was nailed shut I about got sick couldn't breath it was so bad! No fans no air.you need roof ventaltion bad! And I know the money that's taken from people you can easily afford it. You wouldn't like it if you were stuck in a roo with someone else you don't know pooping everywhere and forced to breath it.decusting!

The PT team have been awesome! Their upbeat attitude and enthusiasm has helped keep my father motivated. Additionally, ALL staff members are friendly and responsive.
Nursing care is very professional and pleasant. The facility is clean and pleasantly decorated .However the food services could be improved.
