Dr lodge broke my implant while placing the crown on it. Had to have oral surgeon dig out the broken implant. Oral surgeon said that putting in another implant was not possible now. Dr lodge refused to refund Delta Dental for his part of the failed implant. The Oral surgeon refunded Delta Dental for their part in the failed implant..Consequently Delta Dental will not pay for a bridge to remedy the empty spot left behind by the failed implant, because Dr Lodge refuses to take responsibility for his actions.
