Reserved a room there for the month of November. Went to verify it 3 weeks later, and found out they lost the paper with all my information on it Credit Card etc, although she remembered the conversation weeks prior. She didn't speak very good English and come to find out, they don't have any organized way to book reservations, just write it down on papers, no computer, no ledger.
