HOA been going up! No big project except electrical wiring! The HOA is up n up n up... Woo, 5-6 properties in the market? Do they know something that we do not know?I need to sale mine too now in dirt cheap to get out . Don't make us Florida condo situation
They never keep clean the area! Trash containers always full! They dont cut grass every week! They fix wiring but the wholes after that still didn't get fixed yet and its been minimum 5 month since they done with wiring! HOA payment going higher every year but the company doesn't do anything!! They just keep getting money to their poker and dont do nothing!!! SAME ON YOU!!
