RecommendedI've been renting since I was 17 years old I am 33 now. I've lived in every state in the south, and hands down this is my favorite place yet. The office staff have always been absolutely amazing for us. We have resigned twice going into our 3rd year here and couldn't be happier! Crystal has been a dream to work with and couldn't be happier. A must see little gem in Charlotte!
RENTERS BEWARE!!! Please do not rent here. This apartment complex is not safe. Residents are robbed at gun point, cars are constantly broken into, and your apartment will be broken into also. To add insult to injury. These apartments are over priced and management will nickle and dime you for everything. For example, when I moved out. They counted the number of stains in my carpet and charged me for 9 stains in the carpet. Which equaled 90.00!!! Plus, they charged me 45.00 to replace one blind that wasn't broken but slightly... read more
When we first moved in it seemed really nice, but as time passed we noticed its many faults. The apartments are very small and not that nice for what you pay. If you own a pet well kiss $500.00 down the drain because that's how much the deposit is and it is not refundable. The "dog park" is actually a water retention pond full of holes and anytime it rains it turns into a lake for a couple of weeks, many dogs have also gotten sick from drinking the water that collects there because it runs off from the parking lot. Everyone at this complex including myself hates this place. Cars get broken into or people get mugged in the parking lot every week. The maintenance crew is pretty terrible at fixing things the right way the first, second, and sometimes third time. The "dog park" is actually a drainage ditch for the parking lot, so it's either full of water or really muddy most of the time. For some reason it's a lot more expensive than other complexes in the area.
