Beaver Lake Lodge was an ideal location for our family get-together. City of Sammamish parks and recreation was very responsive and helpful while planning and coordinating our event.

It's a nice building. The lighting inside is horrible for a photographer like me trying to cover a party. Let's of glaring, naked spotlights casting ghastly shadows. But that's ok. They're not designing the lighting for me. The reason for the low rating is that there was NO lighting at all outside. I left at 9pm. It was pitch black outside and I walked into a large wooden bollard, giving my leg a bruise and throwing my back out. How can the exterior of a building like this be completely unlit? Oooh, if I were a sueing man..!
