You have to pay to park at your OWN house and when you have people over who dont have debit cards you have to pay for them. Normally three dollars isn’t much but when your boyfriend or friends stay over a lot it adds up. Staff is very rude.
RecommendedSuch Beautiful place to live ..Very peaceful at all times of day and night ..Unlike these past post I find the office Staff , Maintenance and cleaning crew top notch and very friendly They go above and beyond .I've been here 9 yrs by choice and Have never had a problem with personal So not sure what the bitterness is about in previous reviews..And if you dont like where you live Move 🤷🏻♀️
Great location and complex
They cant improv .. over priced .. Section 8 is their priority .... piss poor communications from fron toffice ... do not respond to emails but it somehow works when they email you .. Mgmt is condescending .... We are counting the days down for our lease to expire ..
overpriced place to live with an ignorant/rude ever-changing staff. Crowded parking-lot, unorganized spot assignments, and massive opiate related drug busts. The counters and stoves aren’t level in a lot of the units and the grounds are neglected. Can’t wait to move out. Attached is a photo of the tree that we have in our “back yard” here that has been downed for almost 2 years.
Be carful !! Don’t lease over there.
stay away!! at first the staff over there very nice but when you finish your lease they will charge you a lot more fpr nothing! they charge me $2000 for carpet replacing and the carpet was new i paid $3000 for nothing.
not recommended at all really bad customer service they ask so much money to pay after you leave out ... NOT RECOMMENDED
