Up on the 15 days of my stay. On the first day I had to dial 911 due to I had to wait 3 hours for my pain meds. One of the staff members had told 911 that she was going to give me someone else medication until mines arrive. I had a hip replacement with A wound vac attached to me. The small bed that I received I had pulled the wool vac out because it kept get Tangled up in the bed small bed They end up giving me a new bed and I had a bedside urinal. My urinal was full. My husband arrived at Harbour Manor on a Saturday afternoon needing rehabilitation services, especially therapy, after having total knee replacement. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff. They were ready for us. He was immediately started on OT & PT the next day, and it was continued every day. Everyone was very professional, yet friendly. EDIT - 12/10/24 As you see below, we FINALLY got a response from the management on the review- 2 months after the review was posted. This, alone, demonstrates the lack of care/importance of the residents. Being in the service industry, you'd think customer satisfaction would be key -not to mention the medical profession where people's success and recovery is paramount to your business. RUN!!! This should be your choice if you run out of any other options. My father was here from 9/14/24 - 9/28/24. From the first day, there were colossal issues. Rudeness directed at my father and his wife. "This isn't a hospital -if he wants something, he has to ring the button and ask".
