The staff a Royal Arms Apartments suck. They charge \$30 per person to process the appliciation. They are checking credit history, income, and a criminal history. Even with a good credit history, more than enough income, and a clean criminal back you are turned down. Could this be a scam?
I applied for 1 bedroom recently and my application was denied.They said it was denied because of my credit or something...? I would believe that if I just didnt get approved for over \$20,000.00 car loan...I dont know what the reason was but it is not my credit...I dont appreciate being lied to, so if that is how they do business overthere than Ill rather stay where I am...
We lived there as residents a few years ago, the management wasnt very professional. The management was very rude, and the tenets where do very great either. My advice is dont move there it isnt worth it.
I LOVED living in these apartments. I would have stayed if I hadnt lost my job. The management is GREAT. They really care about their residents. If you have a problem they fix it quickly. Im hoping to be able to move back soon. The apartments are a nice size and reasonably priced for the great service you receive. The community is quiet. I lived there for 2 years and never had a problem with crime or anything.
i agree with wifey.staff is great but place is too noisey.loud and desrespectful neighbors on each area.if you have a family go somewhere else for the reason people living there drive like a maniac and seem like there is nothing but students and military personal around the area.there is no place for kids to play at.the pool is salted so there is not much protection from germs.i have seen so many people pile up there.also the fact ive seen ppl in the late hours in the night still in there.and the maintenance only cleans(so t... read more

The staff is great but the living is poor. People are loud with music and nothing is inforced. There is no where for kids to really play. Our water is turnt off almost on a regualr basis for 3-4 hours. The windows collect water and create mold. Our appartment the water often backs up in our sink from a neighbor. Rent is cheap but we are starting to think its not worth it.
Me and my family recently moved into the Lodge and the review posted on this site is far from the truth.I will agree with the part about this excellent staff however loud music,water off for days and nowhere for children to play are lies.We have a POOL!!!!!!! And a maintenace team which promise work completed by days end.Is that great or what?
