We meet with Ray and his assistant back in January. I acknowledge we took about 3 to gather all our tax documents before sending it over. We followed up with him via phone calls and emails and NO reply. We started getting worried that we sent him all our information and didn’t hear back from him. Finally after several attempts to contact him with no replies we went to another accountant. Very unprofessional and unresponsive would not recommend him at all!
The accountant here is very laid back, and explains tax in layman’s terms that are very easy to understand.
Ray is a great accountant! He took the time to listen to all my questions and answer them. I feel like I am in good hands with his expertise.
I had a dead line, and met Ray at his house. He took all my paper work, and said it would be no trouble to get this done before the deadline (I had 1 1/2 weeks to turn in my return). After 8 days Ray told me he was too busy to help. In a panic I was forced to go to another tax accountant who did the work I needed in 2 days and the price was much less expensive (almost by half). I do not recommend Lodestar!!! I give Lodestar a Zero.
Great for Personal taxes. I am a college student and was having issues with my taxes from the previous year Ray was able to help me get everything sorted out and even got me a refund from the previous year!
