Horrible customer service, will not answer their phone. Beware these warranty contracts are being sold by Used car dealers all over the US. They are taking thousands of dollars of your money and not paying out the benefits for these contracts. Highly recommend all affected parties contact your state attorney generals office and file a complaint against LodeStar RE
