Don’t make mistake. Stay away from them. Horrible experience. Tour guid from Russia acts like a prison guard and you pay for this shit. Tour guide from Russia provide stupid jokes about American president. This agency hires junky and people pay for it.
Lodestar is the best company
Just came back from Asia tour covering Japan, south Korea and China organized by Lodestar travel company. I would like to express a thank you for incredibly efficient handling of the situation of organizing the stay in the same hotel for about 80 people when category 5 typhoon hit Tokyo on the day of group arrival and Celebrity cruises postponed embarcation for 2 days. as we found out later it was impossible to find any hotel in Tokyo or Yocohama since there was thousands stranded people not able to go anywhere because all... read more

Leonid Kotlyar(San Diego) My Wife and I recently joint group and travel from Geneva to Vienna throw Alps Country from August 2 to August 15/ 2019. We visited Switzerland, France, Italy, Germany and Austria. Our tour guide was IGOR ROGOVOY. We never had such highly Educated, well organized and Intelligent Tour guide. We happy That LODESTAR CO. We are the group from Los Angeles just recently had a lovely trip to Italy. We are so greatly appreciated for having Anatoliy Haikin as our tour guide. He is so intelligent, he has good organizational skills. He knows everything about everything and happy to share it with us. Thanks to him. Hotels was ok. Just in Napoli hotel was horrible. And it is so wrong that you offer hotels in the center of the cities and after fool payment change all hotels for worse locations.
Tour to Japan 2017 was great, but the tour guide needs a very good training on how to deal with people. I asked her ONE questions, and got a very rude and offensive response.After I complained to her management she didn't apologize and even was threatening me. Creatures like that should be isolated, not guiding a group of civilized people. Now I would like to have another trip, but afraid they have other guides like that chuchelo.
