This company is HORRIBLE. Reading all of the other reviews, we've had the same issues as everyone else with them making promises to call and deliver and keep delaying, not calling, etc.

They delivered our furniture and destroyed the right side of our yard in the process. They backed their truck over and uprooted 6 ornamental hedges and left huge ruts in our yard. They also left burnt rubber in our driveway from their tires. I was away on business and when I returned tried to call them. Their phone automation lists another business and from the other reviews I realized they have no intention of having any customer service. Worst delivery experience - they won't respond to my messages, they won't return my calls. They are essentially holding my couch hostage. I have paid aprox. $1000 to the retailer but I can't get my merchandise.

Terrible company! They received my package from Costco on 11/26/18 and, as of 12/31/18, it has yet to be even scanned after that first day. It literally has not moved from it's starting point. I can't believe anybody uses this company to deliver their goods.
