We had the pleasure of staying at the Loden Hotel on March 3, 2025. As loyal Fairmont Platinum customers but we decided to try the Loden and compare our experiences. The Loden did not disappoint and far exceeded our expectations. We were greeted at the door and the check-in process was seem less and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
