We stayed at the Loden the night before our cruise. After a crazy day of changing our arrival day and airline due to the Westjet strike we arrived at the hotel at midnight exhausted and a little bit frustrated. The staff went out of their way to welcome us and help us to settle in for the night. The next morning we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and headed to the ship. Hotel was phenomenal. Clean, luxury, great location and very friendly staff.
The Loden is a great hotel. It is very quiet, and the staff provides an outstanding level of service much, much higher than other hotels. In particular, Sergei was very friendly, easy going yet professional, and we truly appreciate his efforts. Our Parkview room was great, providing an unbelievably good view of the water and surrounding cityscape. The Coal Harbor location was also a plus for us, providing easy access to surrounding neighborhoods via walking, public transit or ride sharing. My only ding on the Loden was that ... read more
Service was the best we have ever had at any hotel. Staff is polite, dressed well and always accommodating. Location is ideal for getting around the area. Highly recommended!
