Cannot fault this hotel. They make you feel so at home and are so lovely. I wish i could change my othwr accomodation over to Loden when i come back after Whistler! Even the restaurant attached have amazing french quisine and you can get very fast room service. Love, love, love this place
We stayed for one night at the end of December. I really liked the staff. Amazing managers, reception staff, valet parking attendants, cleaners, and everyone we met there. Friendly, very attentive, they immediately understood our needs and did everything to ensure we had a wonderful time. They even provided little treats, understanding that we had a child with us. Wonderful property in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Spacious rooms, excellent facilities and exceptional staff; plus, having a restaurant like Tableau on-property is a massive bonus.
