Horrible experience and very unexperienced staff. My son under 16 has been de-registered because missed an appointment although I had called and informed. While we were struggling to find another clinic to help with a very painful tooth, that I would like to mention was fixed in a very unprofessional way by the dentist that refuses to take us back, and I called several times for an emergency appointment staff and manager wasn't able to help. As always excellent service. Friendly, professional Receptionist and as for the dentist, Dr Harish Patel, always friendly, very professional yet happy to have a laugh & put you at your ease whilst getting on with the work in hand. I will/and do travel miles to keep him as my dentist because I have full trust in his work.

Emily Dry is a fantastic dentist. She always makes me feel at ease with ongoing treatment. Receptionists are also very welcoming and appointments have always ran on time.
