I had a wonderful experience here, during both the consultation and the appointment. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. Millie was professional, knowledgeable, and very observant. As a new client at Locz Lounge, I was very apprehensive about starting my loc journey due to the hair loss I had experienced. Sunni was so encouraging and showed such a deep understanding of her craft that I felt reassured right away. While I still have moments of doubt about trusting the process, I am truly pleased with my results so far — and even more grateful for the knowledge and experience she shares. My only regret is not starting this journey sooner, because I absolutely love, love, love my loctician!
